foot supination?
I have noticed lately that my feet tend to supinate outward. Usually it happens if i lose my balance or when we are doing one footed balance drills at Crossfit. Its not like my ankle rolls over, but i notice my weight shifting more to the out edge of the foot.
I probably need to see a professional about this, but i am wondering if its indicitive of a specific muscle imbalance or tightness.
