Default Soft weightlifting belts

I've been wearing a cheap-ish APT belt for about a year now. I wear it mostly for PR attempts on the back squat and deadlift, occasionally heavy work sets if I'm feeling a little wussy. I almost always wear it on heavy jerks (I hyperextended my lower back on a jerk once, caused some sort of injury that still nags 9 months later. Doctors, pssh.) Well, I've popped two rivets on the belt, so it's time for a new one.

I've seen lots of guys wearing soft, nylon belts. Anyone have experience with this? Does it give adequate support? I'm looking at this one currently: http://www.flexcart.com/members/elit...d=114&pid=2480. Looks pretty tough. Also seems to be a bit more comfortable for oly, give that it's a bit more flexible than a thick leather belt in the start position.
