Push/Pull Circuit?
I downloaded the PM Mass Gain Excel template, and I had a question on the 10 minute long push/pull circuit. Does it have to be bodyweight only exercises?
I know the "fine print" said to mix it up, which I plan to do but the example it gave was push-up and pull-ups so I wasn't sure if it had to only be bodyweight or if we could mix in say a 10R Bench Press with a 10R Pendlay Row or something to that effect?
