Push/Pull Circuit?
I downloaded the PM Mass Gain Excel template, and I had a question on the 10 minute long push/pull circuit. Does it have to be bodyweight only exercises?
I know the "fine print" said to mix it up, which I plan to do but the example it gave was push-up and pull-ups so I wasn't sure if it had to only be bodyweight or if we could mix in say a 10R Bench Press with a 10R Pendlay Row or something to that effect?

I guess you could. Though I wouldn't recommend doing a bench without a spotter, even it you were using a 20 rm for 10 reps for 10 minutes.
Why not mix in ring variations along with "standard" variations of pull ups, push ups, and dips?

I agree with Derek. I can usually bench my bodyweight for around 15 reps, but 10 minutes into a WOD like Linda and I'm struggling to push out 6 or 7.
A little push/pull circuit I made up one day, tie a rope around a tractor (I suppose you could use a car or a big tire), push it out for maybe 15-20 yards, sprint back to your start point, pick up the rope and start pulling like crazy, and repeat for rounds. This usually starts off fast and steady, but ends miserable and sloppy.

I think I will try that with my sled.
