Default Strength Training for Kids

When is it too young to start kids on a healthy fitness regime??

Never too young.

I think there may be some debate on going for maximal weights on the big lifts which I wouldn't recommend until at least high schhol. Anything else is fair game. I love being with Connor and working out with him, I'm hoping I can instill a love for movement into him. I'd really like for him to do more classes, like gymnastics but the budget doesn't allow for that right now.

Glad you and Connor are enjoying the bonding time as you are instilling love of sport and togetherness in that time, such valuable lifelong lessons!

But my question was a bit rhetorical!
