2 eggs sunnyside up. A prematurely broken yolk sent me into a yolk-saving panic.
strips of bacon
English muffin
fresh pineapple
plain yogurt

2 egg omelet spiced with garlic and ginger and cut into small squares, a handful of seaweed, wheat-free tamari and coconut milk poured over it all. No pickled ginger in the house.

Rating: she's a keeper.
