Thanks a ton for the replies. I will start doing some of this and logging it in my training log.
I don't have the equipment to do GHD stuff and hypers, so I will start a steady diet of Straight-leg Deadlifts and goodmorings, with mobility as the appetizer and dessert.
I may be being over cautious, but if I live another 5-6 decades, I want to be able to do things. Cannot get more vague than that regarding goals, eh?
Does the R-Phase cover everything, or just lower body?
