Now that is very cool. Not superior genetics, not the fact that he has been competitively running since he was just a boy...it's the yams.

So the take hme message about this Olympics regarding nutrition is that if you want to dominate the world in sprinting, eat yams and if you want to dominate the world in swimming, eat anything you want, as much as you want.
