Pretty sure it's Travis Mash
Travis is very strong. He's training in OL before, and was, before turning back towards OL again, one of the best "unlimited" powerlifters in the WPO.
The guys at The Weight Room in Richmond, VA, have successfully used some of the accomodating resistance stuff in their OL training.
Brian Amundsen, a friend of mine, has successfully used bands to improve his push press and push jerk for strongman competition.
Using bands for jerks and stuff is no joke, either. It can get ugly real quick, and you need to be damn fast to jump under the banded bar.

I would get stapled trying that stuff. "Box" box jumps were new to me as well. Might try that just for fun.
