Too big a meal
Hey guys. Didnt really train today. Did about 20 minutes of intense jump roping, and probably walked about 4 miles throughout the day (in college so lots of walking). Fast was about 19 hours long. Sat down and ate 1/4 baked chicken, a little london broil, a fair amount of grilled chicken (about 8 oz), 2 mahi mahi fillets, some green beans, 1/4 a pineapple, an a salad consisting of olives, feta cheese, tomatos, etc. All in all about 22-2300 calories. Now I know fasting gives you better nutrient utilization but theres gotta be a limit lol.Some of this is gonna have to go towards som new fat being laid down. Im guessing this wasn't a good idea and shouldn't be done often. Any comments about one gigantor meal?
