A Question of Nutrition by Dr. Jonny Bowden
In the same spirit as the "A Question of Strength" article series by Charles Poliquin is now an article by Dr. Jonny Bowden. I thought there was a lot of good stuff in there. He even quotes Cordain! Heh.

I saw that one. Pretty solid stuff. Really good for T-mag. That guy seems to know his stuff.

Yeah, nothing ground breaking though eh?
Poliquins Q+A is easily the best thing regular column on that site, it does have the odd decent article though.

Definitely. While not groundbreaking, it's solid stuff considering that half the time on that site I'm left scratching my head.
Poliquin's usually solid except for when he's talking about scapjacks and trying to turn his elite athletes into bodybuilders. Even with that, Poliquin's Q&A is the best thing on that site when they run it.
I hope this guy does a Q&A on nutrition from time to time... though I think he may have covered it all in those four pages.
