Trygve Lunde Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 107	Wake up every night at 2-3 and itch I eat my last meal around 17:00. But every night i wake up because its itching on my legs and sometimes arms. Ive posted a question on allergie earlier but ive cut out all the dairy food etc. What can be the problem causing this? it is so frustrating.
