Default New Blog

Ok, I've finally succumbed and started a blog.

Mostly because my website is playing up and i can't update anything at the moment and also because i've got a big mouth and a blog is the perfect place to yell into the wind while no one listens.

Nothing particularly revolutionary to start with but i'll be posting up all my magazine columns and articles from the last 4 years over the nexy few weeks. Generally the focus of the blog is going to be O lifting, kettlebells and police and military fitness since thats what i do.

Please feel free to heckle here

About the picture....am I the only person that thought Don just walked around with a Crocodile Dundee hat?

Very nice Don. I like the clean look a lot.

Hey Derek,

I'd like to take credit for that but really the reason it's fairly uncluttered is because I haven't uploaded the header graphic and attached a lot of extra widgets yet.

There will be more stuff coming but i'll try not let the whole thing end up looking like a dogs breakfast
