Grissim Connery Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 624	Mushroom and Caper sauce I'm trying to combine these two together but i don't want to use cream. aside from olive oil and nut butters, what else could i use as a base? tomato sauce seems too powerful-i want to taste the mushrooms. i've only thought of miso and vinegars
