I plan to start a mass building phase next week as per the PM 2006 template. I just had a couple of questions:
- Are weighted towel pull ups a good enough sub for weighted rope climbs? (e.g. 4 pull ups per climb)
- Is there any way to fit deadlifting into the template?
- My rest Days aregoing to consist of O-lifting technique, low volume sled dragging and sandbag carries............. are breathing ladders OK to include on this list?
