AM I IFing?
My general routine consists of the following:
Monday-Friday
7pm: Finish eating last meal
10pm: sleep
6:30am: wake
7:30am: Crossfit workout
9am: Begin work day.
10am: First meal of day
10am-5pm: Seem to be eating on/off all day.
Go home from work.
7pm: Finished eating last meal.
10pm: Sleep
Repeat...
I consider this a common sense workout/eat/sleep schedule. I could not imagine working out after eating any food much less after a long day.
From 7pm to 10am=15 hour fast/24 hours.
I'm obviously asleep for most of the fast.
Is this Intermittent Fasting? If not what should I do different?
