clean and press 1x5 sets @ 115

fs 10x3 @ 160

push press 5x3 @ 145

zercher squats 3x3 @ 165

snatch shrug 3x3 @ 135

hspu 3xmax - 12 9 4

notes: I am finally becoming more comfortable with cleans. I was not "violently exploding" during the last extension, and I was losing a lot of power because of it. I hope I can transfer this over to the snatch.
