Yeah....most anyone wanting to sell something usually says that.
Most protein powders are garbage, you'd be better off with BCAAs and you usually only need like 10g/day. If your goal was mass gain then maybe you could add in protein powder in milk WITH meals....never as a replacement. Whole foods before supplements. Technically the best protein is the cheaper form of whey/casein as you want the slowest absorption possible for all day muscle building.....that is if you are not buying into the super quick absorption that you need pwo...which is BB mentality and debunked many times over.
