Is there a particular effect by having the Heavy singles (MAX) (BS, SN, CN) days after a day of MS SN or Tall CN type of stuff? I was wondering if moving the heavy (BS, SN, CN) days and a short METCON to right after the rest day and doing the MS SN type of stuff with a longer METCON (Helen) on the next day.
For example: From the week of August 18th 2008
Yadda yadda yadda
Tall Clean + push press + push jerk
SN, CN+JK, BS heavy singles
Tall SN + 2 SN Balance
LONGER METCON (helen)
Would I be screwing myself in some unknown fashion or does it make sense? I could go with the old standby "Try it and see how it works" making sure that I eat right and sleep
