The Running Press!
I learned a new GPP exercise today while working out at CrossFit North, the running press! The movement mimics those VersaClimber machinesl. Basically you press one dumbell overhead while driving the opposite knee up, and then hop to drive the other knee up and press the other arm. You look like a cheerleader while you're doing it, and it gets hard fast. I couldn't find a description of it anywhere on the net, so my written description will have to suffice.
