Mandy LaGreca New Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 40	how much is too much How many calories are too much in one sitting? I was starving today after my workout and wanted to tear the fridge apart, and ate alot rather quickly....and it makes me wonder, how much is too much after the fast? 1000? 2000? At what point does it become sumo-wrestler like?
