Default NSCA - CSCS Study Materials

Looking to get CSCS certified and was desperately hoping one of my PM friends could save me a few bucks on the study materials. Anyone kind enough to step forward? Please let me know and we'll work something out.

Thanks

Good luck...when it comes to the nutrition section and asks what percentage of carbs is required daily....try and bit your lip when putting down 60%.....as that is the right answer in their eyes.

Check the local library....mine actually has an old rev NSCA Strength and Conditioning Essentials book....

Bumping an old thread:

Anyone know what the bulk of the material they use for the test? I have read the book and most sections I get 80% or better, but would like to know what former testers have seen since it probably hasn't changed much.

Oh yeah, I take my test december 6th. Finished the book about a month ago!!!
