Default Caf Lib & Hot water/Slice of lemon

I have been on IF for about 6 months now and my schedule is:

IF from 6pm, through the night until 11am (1hr before workout).

I usually drink green tea, black coffee or water in the am.

I am wondering if Caf Lib (5 cals per serving, made of roasted barley and chicory) or a slice of lemon in hot water would BREAK my IF?
Is this enough calories to break IF?

While I'm on this,...

What do you consume during your famine window?

Thanks for the info,

Not sure i know what Caf Lib is...but looks like mostly herbs? Is it a tea?

I wouldn't sweat it or the lemon/tea/coffee....as long as you are not adding sugar (as a true fast should not effect insulin levels)

Caf Lib is one of many brands that make something like an 'instant coffee' or a 'brewable' (if that's an adj) mix that is made of barley, chicory and other.
It's not that bad and makes for a variety of drinks without stimulants, but I have never tried the instant kind.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
