Default Snatch Deadlift in the Beginner Program

In the Oly Weightlifting book, Day 2 of the beginner program calls for 105% of Snatch Deadlift X 2 X 3. At the risk of sounding like an idiot, what does the 105% refer to? To my current 1rm in snatch deadlift or to my best snatch?
