You are comparing people who are in completely different sports to weightlifting. You can't do that, apples and oranges. Your argument is pretty much out the window when you started there.
BTW - I'm drinking 1/2 a gallon a day atm, and my abs show just fine. Of course the muscle everywhere else is growing just fine as well. The addition of the milk with the proper stimuli doesn't turn everyone into a giant fat body.
