CSCS is pretty standard in the industry....then again I know some CSCS that were not all that smart.....but it is a standard to get a coaching job. CPT may get you a job.....but with all the certs out there and how easy they are it really says nothing about the cailber of how smart you may be. Mostly it just all depends on if you are working on your own or what a potential employer might want to see.....a CSCS would cover it all pretty much.
