Default arm pain

My most recent 2 workouts have been cut short due to arm pain. It is an achy type pain that feels like it originates under the right bicep about 4 inches up from the elbow. I don't remember an exact moment that it began, but i definitely feel it worsening quickly when i do pull ups.

Does this sound like something anyone else has had?

Medial, lateral or in the middle?

Could be biceps tendonitis. If it's lateral might be brachioradialis.

If you've been working out pretty hard especially with pulling exercise... for example the recent CF pullups workout that could definitely be the problem. Overuse most likely if that's the case.

Also, do you do a lot of oly lifting? The only period of time when I had a problem similar to this was when I starting going head on into oly lifting and found that I was pulling a lot with my arms off the floor.
