I was reviewing Mike's gym WOD Archives. Does he label his cycles like Everett or is his programming always considered "Bulgarian"?
From what I've found out, it looks like Coach Burgener stays to Bulgarian cycles while tweaking for the individual athlete's needs, which may include adding a strength cycle. But he stays to Bulgarian cycles primarily.
