Immune System
With my boy being 2 1/2 at this time I have a living petri dish about the house. He can pick up anything and spread it like WMD. I get it all but my wife never picks up any of it. This is very odd but also makes some sense as her childhood was very tough and just to survive what she did her immune system must be extraordinary. She never gets sick apart from the fact that she has asthma and is on singulair for it. On the other hand, because of the boy, I'm going through cycles of being sick, being healthy, being sick, etc. Very annoying. Can't stay healthy long enough to make decent fitness gains let alone just feel good physically. Sleep is not an issue at this time. I eat pretty well, though that is any area that is not 100% and probably never will be. I take vits pretty regularly though that doesn't seem to have much effect either way. I'm looking for rocks to turn over here so any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Maybe I'm just doomed until Gage is out of this stage....

Get your vitamin D level checked, as well as your zinc. Both of these are major factors in immune status. A multivit is nowhere near what an athlete needs in either of these nutrients.
If you'd like my help in obtaining either, PM me.

I'm a fan of the ACV

of course making sure you get sleep will go a long way too. Sun is key too...although when it's 30deg and snowing a bit hard....

G, PM is on the way. I'm interested to find out what you've got.
In general I've always been one that doesn't get sick. That seems to have a notion of mine, in retrospect, and that notion is definitely being challenged by what is going on in our home! As a result I'm game to try anything that sounds reasonable.

Hence why I never shut up about it....because people don't listen till the 73rd time I say it. Plus at $4 a month....worst case you can always shine your silverware with it.

Its a standard on my salads as well! I don't know why more people don't use it for a whole bunch of things.

Well I just tried it for the first time ever. Tablespoon in 8 oz warm water with same amount of honey. Not bad.
