I could post this in the pre-workout meal thread, but I'll do it here.
There is a big dude who lifts in the evenings at our gym. I forget his name, but he looks like a lumberjack. Mostly PL and strength work. Before every workout, he sits in his truck and sips a beer. I don't know if it's a pre-WO drink or if he just likes drinking beer in his truck (it is Wichita Falls).
