Front Squat Foot Stance
In general, is there an optimum foot stance for the front squat? Do the toes need to be pointed straight ahead, slightly outward, and can they turned even further out as long as the knees don't go forward and the hips stay close to the body? Ive been noticing that im most comfortable with my toes pointed out more, though that could be due to tightness somewhere in the hips. Thanks in advance for the input and advice.
