soreness or injury
Having recently completed my first 4 week bulgarian cycle, I am left with a nagging problem. There is soreness in my left wrist on the top of the radial side approximately where the thumb and wrist meet. This problem began about two weeks into the bulgarian cycle and at first I attributed it to adaption to the loading. I have iced and massaged the area, though not as diligently as I probably should be. However, the problem is still present 2 weeks into the 2nd strength cycle and I am beginning to get concerned about tendonitis and the like. At what point is it safe to consider such a problem to be an injury and not just adaptive soreness that can be attributed to being new to OL?
