For shame. Who could forget bacon?

I know, I know! It's so shameful I almost resigned from the internet last night. I must carry on though.

Finished the rest of the package tonight, minus two strips. Ate it with a leftover Costco burger patty, 2 eggs, and a lot of blueberries.

Today's workout can best be summarized as follows:
-Missed lifts
-F-bombs
-Too many sideline coaches and too much input
-More F-bombs
-More missed lifts
-Unintentional (but nevertheless gratuitous) displays of butt crack -- and not the good kind -- by a repeat offender.

Meal: Lunch

The Tonkatsu lunch special at Sushi Time. I'm saddened that most places don't offer the option of loin vs. fillet cutlet. Of course, the fattier loin cutlet is the way to go.

I need to snatch deadlift more.

Meal: Lunch
Pulled pork from the cafeteria. Probably not the wisest choice because I can feel some rumbling down below.

From the QWA website (www.qwa.org ):

Hmm, I'm not sure if the above link ever worked.

Dinner
-Some Chaeyuk Kui (Korean pork roast), along with some fried octopus, sashimi, and homemade lasagna.

29-Mar-2009
Breakfast
-A sausage patty with a red pepper and cheese omelette. Home fries too.

A lackluster lifting night overall, but I'll take that 80 snatch for a double.
