I don't know how many of you guys encountered this but I've encountered this on an almost daily basis so i'm hoping to get some guided knowledge here...
In terms of training, I normally start a skinny-fat guy on SS to build his foundation, which normally gets him stronger and more prepared for the more advanced workouts.
As for eating plans... I'm thinking a standard zone but with carbs being more low GI and protein coming from meat sources along with a protein blend PWO and before bed.
fat coming from plant sources and fish oil.
Any additional comments and input would be most welcome
