I know theres Crossfit ATL and Crossfit north atlanta. I think theres a sonz crossfit affiliate near piedmont park but im not sure. I just workout at the georgia tech gym.

Vortex is definitley worth it.

Someplace with bumper plates and a fairly open training availability, not really looking for classes. I like CF and pretty much all of my favorite activities are available at CF gyms plus they aren't scared of heavy weights being dropped. when I was in Portland Oregon I hooked up with Crossfit H.E.L. and even did a class real classy joint and the staff was awesome. By classy I mean huge warehouse with tons of toys and rubber on all the floor space. Only problem with CF affiliates is it can be hard to drop in and work out, and they aren't open for long hours.

Mike were is your gym it would be awesome to see it, might be difficult if it is much out of down town though.

Don't own a gym....just train clients where I need to in different spots.

Not much DT to do in the ATL....enjoy the Vortex and surround areas....lots of interesting places down there in midtown.....very interesting places.....

The headline captures the irony well.

If you're looking to get some more carbs in that burger, there is another place in Atlanta that replaces those two grilled cheese with two donuts. I think it's called Dottie's Delights.

also in atlanta
http://www.flipburgerboutique.com/

quality > quantity. their burgers are pretty small, but they taste really good. their N2 milkshakes are awesome - they even have a foie gras shake!
