Bulgarian Plus Strength Training Program
I attached a program I made myself. I spent an hour or two on it so I thought perhaps someone else may find it useful. I am open for critique but keep in mind I tailored it for my specific needs. My primary needs being I have to alternate between my garage and the local global gym. My garage has a platform and bumpers but no squat rack. The local global has the rack but no bumpers.
The attached program is basically a combination of a bulgarian cycle I found on Coach B's website and one of coach Everett's strength cycles. I catered it to fit my schedule, which as you can see is generally about 4 days a week.
I was going to do a list of Ab routines and Metcon's on separate tabs and cycle those in on my Snatch and CJ days. I have a Pullup bar at my house. So I notice most Ab or Metcons require a PU bar in some form. So I think those would fit nicely on the back end of the O'lifting days.
