Sore Tailbone from Pregnancy
My sister-in-law has a very sore tailbone which resulted from her pregnancy. Here is how she describes the situation:
"Being pregnant with Jack put strain on my muscles around my spine and caused my spine to curve to the left putting pressure on the nerves of my tailbone. According to my physical therapist, I'm supposed to be making my left side stronger to curve it back to the right a little bit."
What kind of exercises would help accomplish this? I've been trying to find something online and will flip through my books by McGill, but don't exactly know what I'm looking for.
I appreciate any ideas.
