I was thinking of making my own black-out pajamas instead. I mean, if it's really the light hitting your skin that is the problem, all I need is a black-out ski mask, a sleep mask tp wear over that and black-out PJ's. Oh, and black-out socks.

Yes I would spend the extra $ on the black out curtains that are fire proof....there is a reason they advertise that....you won't get much sleep with the house on fire.
