Kitchen sink day
I felt pretty good beside's the ache in my neck, which prevent's me from doing pull up's, and today's rope climb did not feel great either, Getting that checked out Friday.

Rope climb x5 ( hand's only for 3,then heck hurt to much, used feet for last 2)

single dumbell floor press

Incline sit up's with plate

knee's to elbow's
