What's the word on dairy?
I hope I'm posting this in the right forum.
I know the paleo diet is against all dairy products; however, as a weightlifter, I find it hard to get all my protein from just meats. Are products such as low-fat/ low sodium cottage cheese, milk and eggs from grass fed animals really all that bad? And if so, why?
