That depends on what you mean by breaks. Unless I'm in a meeting, I get to up refill my water and/or go to the bathroom about every thirty minutes. If you mean long breaks, then I take none (and work 10 - 12 hour days).

Paleo, low carb, IF (sorta). My window is noon - 10:00 PM. If I eat breakfast the fatigue is much, much worse, so skipping has helped. I'm trying to put on a little weight right now so pretty much every meal is meat with extra fat from nuts or oil. Some meals have greens; some don't.
