Back of week last week so did very little all week.
Back still a little tender which is affecting any loaded exercises like yoke.
Saturday training
3 runs of 25m with 250kg yoke - timed one at 19 seconds but it felt slow and hard
farmers 2 runs of 25m with 110kg - 13.66 and 13.69 seconds
Stone
110kg to 1.45m, 1.5m, 1.6m, missed 1.7m
Sunday
Found out the promoter has changed the stone event AGAIN 7 weeks out from the comp and it's now 130kg stone (which we don't have) for reps over a 1.2m bar. Not happy!
