Default Needing significantly less sleep

Hi -
I've been on a modified paleo diet. I eat meats, chickens, fish, pork, veggies of all kinds and nuts and seeds.

Since I started a few days ago I need significantly less sleep. I used to go to bed around 8:30-9 and wake up around 6:30. Now I can stay up until 11 without feeling groggy.

Is this the diet doing this to me? I've upped my exercise as well.

You went from 10 hours of sleep to 7 and 1/2? Absolutely nothing to worry about. Plus, its getting on to summer. People sleep less in the summer because of more daylight and the slight shift in the circadian cycle.
