Needing significantly less sleep
I've been on a modified paleo diet. I eat meats, chickens, fish, pork, veggies of all kinds and nuts and seeds.
Since I started a few days ago I need significantly less sleep. I used to go to bed around 8:30-9 and wake up around 6:30. Now I can stay up until 11 without feeling groggy.
Is this the diet doing this to me? I've upped my exercise as well.
