Several types of bacon, two sausage patties, 3 eggs (masterfully cooked by brother-in-law), Engrish muffins, a bunch of fruit, and two extra strong cups of coffee (no cream or sugar, thanks).
Rating: It's time for me to start going for max attempts at the Globo...

I was thinking the same thing. Course, I was using the world "gal" in my head rather than "chick".

Mmmmm...Engrish Muffins...
When you go for your max attempts at the Globo, you should wear your singlet... Before you know it, you'll have a fan club!

Excellent idea! I've got a bunch of those skimpy, bright orange singlets they give to Team NYC at the Empires every year (well, except this one). Cardio bunnies and concentration curlers beware!

3 pancakes
3 sausage patties
a small army of tater tots
a few strips of pathetically brittle bacon
blackberries and blueberries
some scrambled eggs that had been sitting under the heat lamp about an hour too long.
Rating: Eagerly awaiting the 2009 gathering of LBH North II

A steak burrito and coffee
Rating:
So I was taking a look at my snatches from yesterday. I know that, when pulling from the floor, I have this habit of getting my weight very far back on the heels and pivoting my feet outward at the start of the 2nd pull. This of course does not happen when I start at the hang (above or below the knees). I strongly believe now that this is greatly affecting my power, as my acceleration is delayed by a few crucial moments.
I suspect this is why, on heavier attempts, my teammates say my acceleration looks late and I seem to rely more on diving under the bar.

Sausage patties
Bacon
Potatoes
French Toast
A lost battalion of blueberries
Rating: So it took a lot longer than I expected to clean & jerk 1.5 bodyweight, but I'll take it. Next goal is 4 reds (+ collars) on the bar!
