Default Ground buffalo stew?

Not sure what to classify this but I made this up today as I was looking for something to cook for lunch.

1 pound ground buffalo
1 onion - diced
garlic - minced
2 zucchini - sliced and quartered
1 tomato - diced
1 box of sliced mushrooms - quartered

spices:
cumin
red pepper flakes
salt
pepper
italian herb seasoning
paprika
chili powder

Saute the onions and garlic on low heat with some olive oil. After onions soften add the ground buffalo and brown the buffalo. Now add the rest of the vegetables and add spices to taste. Cook on low heat until all the veggies are cooked. Eat, you can add some cheese if you like (like I did).

Good stuff.
