Missed Workouts - Where to resume
I tried searching for this answer, but after scrolling through several pages, no luck.
If you miss one of the scheduled workouts within the cycle, is it better to:
1) Just pick up with the next day's workout and skip the one you missed, or
2) Do that missed workout the next day and just keep training through the next rest day to stay on track.
Just curious which you think is the better approach.
