Default Gastro Virus 1 day prior to starting Mass Gain

Of all the luck I was getting ready to start my mass gain program and I got slammed with one of the freaking gastro viruses that are going around. I guess that when you travel for a living you are bound to catch one of the nasties sooner or later.

Last Sunday I was 190 LB's and excited to try and put on some weight. As of this morning I was 183 LB's and not really looking forward to eating anything. At least I am feeling better.

I don't know if this really belongs in the Mass Gain section but mass gain is on my mind. What would you guys do to get your guts back in order, other than wait, so that you could begin to consume mass quanities of food?

I'd give it a week or two to let things heal properly. Raw sauerkraut, and probiotics will help. Soups put through a blender and well chewed (to release digestive enzymes) will help also.
bummer! Hope you feel better.

any suggestions that wouldn't induce vomiting would be helpful!
