Work Out B

Squat
45lbs x 5 reps
115lbs x 5 reps
135 lbs x 5 reps
160 lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets (80% of what would've been my 5x3 from Work out A)

Bench
95lbs x 5 reps
115 lbs x 4 reps
135 lbs x 5 reps x 3 sets

Deadlift
135 lbs x 5 reps
185 lbs x 3 reps
225 lbs x 5 reps
