Now Foods Probiotic
Does anyone have any experience w/ Now Foods digestive aids? I'm looking for a cost effective digestive aid that would be superior to taking just acidophilus.

Kombucha. Damn near free to make...just the cost of sugar and tea.
Otherwise, Whole Foods probiotics (365 Brand) have served me well.

I'm assuming you're referring to plain Kefir...I've had no luck finding any, all the kefir I see is "strawberry" or "blueberry", packaged like a "healthy" alternative to Nestle's Quick...any ideas?

Trader Joes has plain......as does some of the bigger grocery marts....just have to look around or ask the manager of the store to go get some. Good think about kefir even in the supermarket is the bacteria is added after the pasteurization process....or so they claim.
