I hadn't seen that specific video, pretty cool stuff, though the "60 foot drop" sequence was a bit cheesy. Here's one of my favorites:

Sweet. I am too heavy and brittle to think about parkour, but the movement skills are cool as hell.

I watch these (kind of) things, and even after 20+ years of yoga, some gymnastics, Body Flow, et cetera, I feel like a Wildebeast amongst Gazelles...
